SHIPPING POLICY

Free postage for orders over $160 for USA, and for orders over $190 anywhere in the world.

 

For  U.S.A

 We deliver via registered post service. This way we can track the status of your order. We deliver by courier service so a signature is required. Therefore, we recommend a work address. If no one is available to sign for the parcel it will be re-directed to the nearest post office or for regional deliveries  re-directions will be made to the nearest AAE depot. Collection or re-delivery from a depot can be arranged, however parcels must be collected from the post office. We deliver to Post Office Boxes. Please allow 5 - 10 working days for delivery to Australia.

 

International Shipping

 our parcels are dispatched via a combination of Air Mail and normal surface mail. Final delivery is completed by a courier so a signature is required. Therefore, we recommend a work address (please include full business name, receivers name and other relevant details). If no one is available to sign for the parcel it will be re-directed to the nearest post office. For orders outside of Australia we allow up to 20 working days. On occasion, some shipments may take longer than 20 business days. This will depend on the postal services in your area. Postal charges for international air freight will apply. Postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will  rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.

 

Late Deliveries

 If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider the following:

  • Credit card authorisation and address verification must be received prior to processing.
  • Orders placed after Midday will be downloaded into the system for the following day therefore not processed that day.
  • If an item you have ordered is out of stock  online, we will dispatch to you as soon as the item becomes available. No additional postage charges apply. We will notify you if the item has sold out

  • Our goal at Neutral beat is to despatch your online order within 5-7 working days. During the busy SALE period we will do everything we can to despatch your order so that it is received within 5- 10 working days. In the unfortunate circumstance where an item is sold out, we will advise you promptly so you can consider an alternative item

 

 

Refunds and Exchanges

 

In case of incorrect design or faulty material:

  • Exchanges will only be accepted if the product is unused and in the original condition and shipped with the original packaging (i.e. no marking, wrinkling, deformations, etc.)
  • Please contact neutral beat customerservice@neutralbeat.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Do not return without contacting neutral beat first as you will require a job number for return processing.
  • Please contact us if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase!
